Terms & Conditions Overview

Passenger Behavior
Safety and Regulations
• All passengers must wear seat belts.
• Minors must travel in appropriate restraint systems in accordance with New York State law.
• The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, aggressively, or in a manner that endangers the safety of the driver or passengers.
Billing Terms
Reservations and Confirmations
• All reservations must be made in advance through our official channels (phone, email, or website).
• Reservations are confirmed only when the client receives confirmation notification from
Drugs & Alcohol Policy
Customer Conduct
• Smoking, drug use, or alcohol use are prohibited inside the vehicles.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer or their companions will be the customer's responsibility and will be charged additionally.
Trip Updates
We not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents, or other causes beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for their belongings. The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of items left in the vehicle.
Cleaning Terms
Customer Conduct

Overages & Wait Times
Waiting Time
• The driver will wait up to 90 minutes at no additional charge.
• After this time, a per-minute waiting fee will apply.
• If the client does not show up after 90 minutes, the service will be considered canceled with no refund.
Passenger Behavior Guidelines
We expect all passengers to behave respectfully and courteously. Disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the service.
